Moving Day

We are moving today Woody and the kitties and I. We are moving into a new rental home down in Bella Vista, near by to our new home. We actually started this process the day before, loading up the kitties and all of their baggage...like children they have their own trappings, toys, scratching post, playpen and kitty litter... plus accumulated stuff of ours..

This new place is as close to a trailer court as one can be in here in what is called the Beverley Hills of NW Arkansas. This is a privately owned condo like the one we just left but there is a world of difference in this venue, I can see that the people put in just enough to keep this place going thats all. The master bedroom is Woodies and the kitties and I am in the second room, the bed is so bad that I will require back surgery. I kiddingly tell people that this is as close to camping as I care to get to.

We got the call that the house closed and recorded in Hawaii. I am no longer Kama'aina. It was like a kick in the stomach, but I am bearing up. I understand that the only hold up in closing our new place here is that there is a missing death certificate for the wife in this document package, and we are waiting for our money... I figure that we will close in a day or so.

We are moving forward. Its hoped that once we gather up and get to move in we will stay there for a good long time.
